Refund and Return Policy

If you receive a product in a defective or broken condition or you are unsatisfied with it, you can return your product, in the order section, then we will contact you and ask to send an image of the product and describe the product related issue.

Return

We have a 48-hour return policy which means you have 48 hours to return the product after receiving it. If the product is broken or defective, outdated or the wrong product is shipped by mistake, in these circumstances we will collect the product without any shipping charges and you will receive back your money within 5-7 working days or product will be replaced at no extra charges. To return the product, your product must be in the exact condition in which you received it. The seal must not be broken and must be in its original packaging and for this you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase or else we may not be able to collect your product.
